Our Return Process
1. To request a return, please send a direct message to our official Instagram page (@ozmanilaofficial). Be sure to include your full name, a brief description of why you wish to return your product, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. If your return is approved, we will provide an address to ship your product back to us. Please let us know when the return has been shipped.
3. Once your product has been returned to OZMNL, we will inspect your product and then, if applicable, provide a refund.
Please Note: we do not provide exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return your original product and purchase your desired product. We cannot ensure that your desired product is in stock.
Return Eligibility and Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item that appears used or altered may not qualify for a refund.
• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approving your return.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return process, including the cost to ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return. Refunds do not include the original shipping fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Additional Notes
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases and offer a replacement or full refund (message our Instagram page).
Lost Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure you use a secure and trackable shipping method.
International Returns: For customers outside OZMNL’s primary shipping region (Australia), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
