At OZMNL, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our detailed return policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges. Please note that by purchasing from our website, you have agreed to adhering by this policy.

Returns Eligibility

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. Refunds will only be approved in cases where the item is faulty, or an incorrect item was received. We can provide exchanges for incorrect sizing.

How to Initiate a Refund/Exchange

To request a refund/exchange, please send an email to info@ozmnl.com or DM us on Instagram/Facebook. Be sure to include your full name, a brief description of the issue, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
If your refund/exchange is approved, we will provide an address to ship your product back to us and depending on availabilities, will ship your desired product to you. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Condition of Items for Exchanges: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item that appears used or altered may not qualify for an exchange.

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approving your return and tracking number provided.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return process, including the cost to ship the item back to us and any shipping fees for sending a replacement (if applicable). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability If your desired size is not in stock, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Additional Notes

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases and offer a replacement or full refund. Lost Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure you use a secure and trackable shipping method.

International Returns:

For customers outside OZMNL's primary shipping region (Australia), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
